Click here if you have a computer running MAC OSX. Follow the on screen instructions to start the software. Once done, please call or email out our support team and give them the connection code and password so that we can temporarily take control of your computer. This software does not install on your PC and once the support call is over, you can delete the programme. You could however keep it should you need it in the future again.
