Removing all office products and installing office 365
To uninstall any version of office, browse to \\10.5.10.2\share\office and double-click the “uninstall-office.diagcab” file.
1. Removing office install (any version)
On the following window, click “Next”
Let the uninstall process run its course:
If prompted to uninstall Microsoft Office, select “Yes”
The uninstall process may take several minutes
When the process is finished, click “Next” and on the following window click “Close”.
RESART YOUR COMPUTER and continue with point 2 after the restart
2. Installing Office365
For a standard office install double-click the office.bat. If you need a 64bit Office suite, please email support. Browse to \\10.5.10.2\share\office and double-click the appropriate file
Once ran, you will be prompted with a security warning – click “Run”
If presented with the UAC prompt, click yes, otherwise, the installation of Office 365 will begin.
Once finished, you can click on close and start using office.
